SMS Opt-In Consent Documentation

This page documents how ReinventQuest collects and handles SMS opt-in consent, in accordance with carrier requirements and GoHighLevel Toll-Free Verification guidelines.

For verification purposes: ReinventQuest only sends SMS messages to individuals who have actively opted in via a form. The SMS consent checkbox is never pre-selected, is required before submission, and is accompanied by explicit consent language on every form where SMS opt-in is collected.

Step 1

Opt-In Sources

SMS opt-in is collected exclusively via web forms on the following pages. Users arrive from Facebook Lead Ad campaigns and must complete the form, including the SMS consent checkbox, before any SMS message is sent.

Step 2

Opt-In Flow

The following sequence describes every step a consumer takes before any SMS message is sent by ReinventQuest.

Consumer sees a Facebook Lead Ad The ad promotes a free Estate Agency Growth Assessment for agency owners. No SMS commitment is implied by the ad itself.

Consumer lands on the assessment page After clicking the ad, the consumer is directed to reinventquest.uk/estate-growth-assessment (UK) or reinventquest.uk/estate-growth-assessment-us (US).

Consumer completes the form The form collects: First Name, Last Name, Agency Name, Email Address, and Mobile Number. Agency Website and Number of Agents are optional.

Consumer reads and ticks the SMS consent checkbox The checkbox is never pre-selected. The consumer must actively tick it. Submission is blocked if the checkbox remains unchecked. The exact consent language is shown in Section 3 below.

Consumer reads and ticks the Privacy Policy / Terms checkbox A second required, never pre-selected checkbox confirms the consumer has read the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions, both of which contain the full SMS Terms of Service.

Consumer submits the form On successful submission, the consumer sees a confirmation message. ReinventQuest may then send SMS messages consistent with the stated consent scope.

Both documents linked in the form contain full SMS compliance language, including opt-in mechanics, message types, frequency, rates, and opt-out instructions.

Opt-Out & HELP Instructions

These instructions are communicated to consumers at the point of opt-in and in every SMS message sent by ReinventQuest.

Opt-Out

Reply STOP to any SMS message to unsubscribe immediately. The consumer will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

HELP

Assistance

Reply HELP to any SMS message for assistance. Consumers may also contact ReinventQuest at support@reinventquest.uk or +44 7305 136693.

Message types

Types of SMS Messages Sent

ReinventQuest only sends messages directly related to services the consumer requested at the time of opt-in. No unsolicited marketing messages are sent.

  • Appointment confirmation messages
  • Appointment reminder messages
  • Consultation scheduling updates
  • Service-related notifications
  • Follow-up communications relating to the requested assessment or consultation

Message frequency varies depending on the nature of the enquiry and the services requested.

Message and data rates may apply. These are determined by the consumer's mobile network provider. ReinventQuest is not responsible for charges applied by the consumer's provider.
